School Visits

All of Cheryl’s books are created with two goals: 1) Introduce children to the amazing world around us encouraging them to get out and explore nature for themselves, and 2) reinforce the concepts and terms being taught in science elementary school curriculums.
Designed for individual classes to entire grades or groups of grades, Cheryl’s presentations are interactive, allowing kids to be a part of the program as they learn about her journey from photographer to nature lover to author. Schools can choose presentations based on one of her books with photos and content brought to life in language and concepts that children will understand and respond to.
Each child attending the program will receive a free bookmark and free activity sheets that reinforce the concepts of the program are available for free download.
